Three Services, Each Carefully Defined
Retirement Readiness Reviews, Pension Suspension Appeals, and Multi-Scheme Coordination — each with a clear scope, stated price, and written output.
Back to HomeHow We Approach Each Engagement
Each service begins with an initial conversation — no commitment required — in which we listen to the client's circumstances and confirm which service is the appropriate fit. This conversation is not billed and carries no obligation.
Once scope is agreed and the engagement letter is signed, work proceeds at the client's pace. For review services, meetings are scheduled in advance and documentation is provided between sessions for the client to read before the next meeting. For appeal matters, we inform clients as each procedural stage is reached.
No engagement is concluded without the client holding a written record of the work undertaken — whether that is a readiness file, a submission document, or a coordination summary.
Initial Conversation
Listen to your situation, identify the right service, answer your initial questions. No commitment required.
Engagement Agreement
Written scope, fee, and timeline confirmed before any work begins. Nothing proceeds without your agreement.
Service Delivery
Meetings, submissions, or coordination work conducted at the appropriate pace with regular communication.
Written Output & Close
Every engagement concludes with a written document for the client to retain and refer back to as needed.
Retirement Readiness Legal Review
A comprehensive legal review undertaken in the years approaching retirement, covering EPF planning, private pension scheme structures, beneficiary nominations, and intersecting estate matters. The advisor produces a written readiness file the client may refer back to during retirement itself. Suitable for clients aged 50–60 seeking to enter retirement with clarity.
- EPF planning reviewed and documented
- Private pension scheme structures assessed
- Beneficiary nominations reviewed and updated if needed
- Intersecting estate matters considered
- Written readiness file provided for future reference
Process
Meeting 1 — information gathering and priorities discussion
Meeting 2 — legal review presentation and clarification
Meeting 3 — readiness file handover and final questions
Pension Suspension Appeals
Representation for clients whose pension has been suspended pending administrative review. The advisor seeks early clarification of the grounds for suspension, prepares the appropriate response submissions, and represents the client throughout the appeal process. Communication is regular and clear, with the client kept informed at every procedural milestone.
- Early formal clarification of suspension grounds
- Response submissions prepared and filed
- Client representation through full appeal process
- Milestone updates at each procedural stage
- Written record of all submissions retained
Process

Response submission prepared following grounds confirmation
Representation through administrative appeal review
Outcome communicated and documented for client
Multi-Scheme Pension Coordination
For retirees who hold entitlements across multiple pension schemes — including EPF, KWAP, private retirement schemes, and employer arrangements — this service coordinates legal advice across all of them. The advisor produces a single integrated view of the client's entitlements, identifies any conflicts or overlaps, and provides recommended actions to bring the arrangements into order.
- All schemes reviewed: EPF, KWAP, private, employer
- Single integrated entitlement view produced
- Conflicts, overlaps, and gaps identified
- Recommended actions clearly stated
- Written coordination summary provided
Process
All scheme documentation gathered and reviewed
Integrated entitlement mapping completed
Conflicts, overlaps, and gaps identified and documented
